CANCELATION POLICY:
Due
to the high demand of appointments and out of the consideration of
others we require 48 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel your
appointment. If this falls
on a day the salon is closed, we will require this by email. If insufficient notice is given, a fee will be charged.
Running
late? Please call us to let us know as we may not have time before our
next client turns up. So in fairness to others, please call us if you
are running late. More than 15 minutes may mean we have to reschedule your appointment, especially in busy times such as Christmas and Weekends.
